How Long Does It Take?

We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 5-12 business days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalization and product. Production times may be longer during holidays.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Since we use multiple shippers we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes.
We do not recommend using PO Boxes as we can't guarantee the order will be shipped using a courier that can deliver to the PO Box for exampleUPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping On Multiple Products

We ship from many locations, so when you have more than one item in your cart, you will be charged shipping for each additional product. Unless the order is over $75.00 then shipping is free.

Is My Product Returnable?

Unfortunately, personalized products are not returnable, unless it has been damaged during shipping or you received a product other than what you ordered. Please contact support@beachcoastdesigns.com for assistance with this.
