We are NOT responsible for packages that show delivered through tracking or that show lost, damaged, or stolen. Please reach out to us if this is your case and we will work with UPS or USPS to find out why your package is missing. If a package shows delivered we cannot reship or refund that order as it has been listed as "delivered".

Please do not file claim yourself. We, as the shipper, will need to file a claim on the items on your behalf. If a claim is filed by you, the receiver, we will not be able to correct any lost or damaged packages. All packages with issues need to be emailed to support@beachcoastdesigns.com within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of your invoice in the package.
